Anita Dunn: Last year, Anita Dunn, President Obama's former White House Communications Director, said her two favorite political philosophers were Mao Zedong and Mother Theresa.

Why she included Mother Theresa when she wasn't a politician or a philosopher I will never understand.

But how does she explain Mao Zedong being a favorite philosopher? What could she have possibly liked about his philosophy considering he murdered his own citizens by the millions? I'd also like to know if she would like to...
Mao Killed 45 Million In 4 Years
A University Professor and researcher has uncovered shocking evidence that proves Mao Zedong, the founder of Communist China, killed at least 45 million of his people during the so-called “Great Leap Forward” of 1958 to 1962. It was during that time, when China struggled to bring itself up to the standards of the West, that “one of the worst catastrophes the world has ever known” occurred, says Frank Diktter, who teaches history at the University of Hong Kong....

Anti-Japan protests break out in China
ProtesterS in several cities across China marked a politically sensitive anniversary yesterday with anti-Japan chants and banners as authorities tried to stop anger over a diplomatic spat getting out of control.
As some chanted "Wipe out the Japanese devils!" and stamped on Japanese flags, China's Foreign Ministry called for calm.

Alert Maddow! Dem Staffers Hoist Nazi Signs of Beck and Palin
It seems to me that the truth ought to be a defense against any charge of Racism or slander. You shouldn’t be able to generate outrage over the fact that person A calls person B a Communist, for instance, if person B is on record identifying them-self as a Communist. And yet that’s partly what Rachel Maddow does in her extremely lame attempt to prove that Fox News in general [...] Video: Anita Dunn on the War on Fox This was reported Friday, but the video wasn’t broadcast...

Beijing/Shanghai
(Reuters) - About a hundred Chinese Protesters on Saturday demanded Japan free a Chinese boat captain, but tight security and rain deterred a bigger show of anger over an issue that has ratcheted up territorial tensions between the Asian powers.
Under a steady downpour, the Protesters, mostly in their 20s gathered in front of the Japanese Embassy in Beijing and held placards and yelled slogans...

Typhoon injures 45 in Taiwan, heads to China
Taipei, Sept 19 (Reuters) - A Typhoon injured 45 people, cancelled flights and cut power to tens of thousands in Taiwan on Sunday, keeping officials on high alert to stop any repeat of a deadly Storm last year that damaged the president’s reputation.
Typhoon Fanapi, Taiwan’s most severe Storm so far in 2010, brought 162 kph (101 mph) maximum wind gusts that caused injuries by toppling scooters, breaking glass and blowing down signs, the National Fire Agency disaster response centre...

Fidel's Communist Spin
At least for a few moments last week, we had the strange
spectacle of President Obama sounding more like a collectivist than
Fidel Castro.
With the federal Payroll in the United States up by
200,000 positions and the Private Sector down by 7.8 million Jobs
since the current Recession began, Mr. Obama continues to
aggressively push a statist agenda of higher taxes and more
regulations on the nation's key Job creators in the Private
Sector.
Meanwhile in Cuba, retired dictator Fidel Castro...
Sweden's welfare state at heart of final election debate
The future of Sweden's famous Welfare State was a central theme when the country's main political Party chiefs met late Friday for a final televised election debate.
The Hottest issue leading up to Sunday's general Elections -- the Far-right Sweden Democrats expected entrance into parliament and possible role as kingmakers after the vote -- was meanwhile barely touched upon in the debate.
"I am not against cutting taxes, but not at any price," Social Democrat leader Mona Sahlin, who is vying to...
Khmer Rouge Genocide Indictment: MSM's Communist Cover-Up
Back in the disco party days of the late 1970′s, a civic minded group of Cambodians known as the Khmer Rouge managed to kill off, depending how you count and calculate, somewhere between 20% - 40% of their fellow countrymen. So we’re talking about 1.5 to 3 million people including outright Murder, and avoidable famine and disease. Not a bad record for a small country. And, wouldn’t you know it, the Khmer Rouge were dedicated Communists. So they were following in the...
Cal Thomas Hits a New Low (if That Is Possible)
For years, Cal Thomas has been giving us his Theocon message (Thanks, Lew, for that term) of Police State at home and invasions abroad. Oh, I know he once wrote a book that James Dobson didn’t like in which Thomas said that politics was not the ultimate Christian goal, but basically the message we get from Thomas is this: The Right-Wing American State is worthy of worship.
In a recent column Thomas looks at Cuba’s recent decision to lay off Government workers and create more private...
From Havana to Harlem: Cuban minister says island needs support from African-American leaders
NEW YORK
— Cuba's Foreign Minister says 50 years after Malcolm X met with Fidel Castro in New York City in the midst of the Cold War the Cuban people still rely on the support of African-Americans.
Bruno Rodriguez spoke Sunday at an event commemorating the black Civil Rights leader's September 1960 encounter with Castro in Harlem.
Rodriguez says the first Communist Cuban delegation to the United Nations received support from Malcolm X and other black leaders and forged a lasting bond...
Is this the end of Cuban Communism?
And then, last week, Cuban President Raul Castro announced that he was layingoff 500,000 workers in a country of 11 million. To put that number in perspective, imagine President Barack Obama announcing that in the next six months, the United States, at his direction, would shed another 14 million jobs. One of the advantages of being a Cuban Communist dictator has over being President of the United States is that you cant be impeached for anything. If Cuban Communism was working, these...
Sweden coalition lose majority as far-right surge
Sweden's ruling centre-right coalition won the most votes but fell short of a majority in the General Election as the Far Right entered parliament for the first time.

The leftwing opposition coalition garnered 43.7 percent of the ballot and 157 seats, marking a crushing defeat for Social Democrat Mona...
Obama File 96 Coincidence? Obama, Frank Marshall Davis and the Earl Durham Connection
Frank Marshall Davis went off to work for the Hawaiian Communist Party, gradually sinking into obscurity. His former comrade and colleague, Earl Durham rose to the top of the Communist ladder and went on to make a major impact on Chicago education and politics. Earl Durham served in numerous leadership posts in the Communist Party USA. He was elected to the Communist Party National Committee at the Party's 16th National Convention held in New York City on February 9-12, 1957, at which time he...
Bravo as bidder buys a Berlin icon
A MYSTERY telephone bidder bought a piece of history in the form of "Checkpoint Bravo" - once one of the busiest crossing points between East and West Berlin - in an auction yesterday.
The sole bidder secured the site - which includes a derelict bridge and a crumbling cafe covered in graffiti, for 37,000 - the minimum asking price.
