Earlier this week, Real Time Economics noted that Democrats were more at risk in Districts that performed better economically than those that performed worse. The election results bore that out. Of the 25 Congressional Districts hit hardest by the Recession—measured by joblessness, Poverty Rates and housing Prices—16 are currently represented by Democrats.
