Florida : Police are continuing to investigate the shooting at a Panama City School Board meeting, where a 56-year-old man waited for Children to leave after receiving awards before spray-painting a V on the wall and ordering the room sealed except for School Board members.

It turns out that Clay Duke's wife was a special education teacher who had been let go by the Florida School District because of Budget concerns.

According to Police, Duke had been planning the rampage and had been reviewing Anti-Government literature, according to the Associated Press.

But no one was harmed as a result of Duke's gun, in spite of shots fired at stationary Board members.

The District's security person, a former Police Officer, rushed the room. Both men exchanged shots, with Duke deciding to take his own life.

Duke had been previously convicted of aggravated stalking, and received psychological counseling as a condition of his sentencing in 2000.
